Putin: Economic growth in Russia will resume in 2010

Premier also took part today in a symbolic start a new complex for the production of rolled plates at Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant. The complex will produce highly profitable rental with increased strength categories for oil and gas industry, shipping and engineering.
