At the same time, said the letter, the Government has failed to comply with the rule of law on the state budget-2009, according to which the results of budget implementation to the Cabinet of Ministers of 1 May, 2009 introduced the Verkhovna Rada of the draft changes to the country's main financial document.

Given that the implementation of the budget in terms of overcoming the crisis in the economy is the key and it depends on the continued economic development of the country, I ask you in the near future to be in the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet report and the conclusion of the Accounting Chamber on the budget and to develop appropriate position of Parliament on the need to make changes to the state budget of Ukraine , - stated in the letter head of state to the Speaker.
