State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine, on Thursday received a court ruling on the suit Dniproazot a temporary suspension of the competition, reported in the Fund.

FGI appealed to the Ministry of Justice for an explanation of further actions for the competition, - said the news agency Interfax-Ukraine spokeswoman Nina Yavorskaya Fund.

She said that at the time of receipt of the determination to continue processing the bids and a decision on the admission of applicants to the contest has not yet been taken.

Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko issued a decree on September 17 suspended the decision of the Government's privatization in 2009, IPF.
