Yesterday, President Viktor Yushchenko vetiroval law amending the state budget for 2009 and the National Bank Act, providing for the allocation of 9.8 billion UAH for the preparation of sites for the finals of the championship cup of Euro-2012 on the earnings of the National Bank.
