Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), one of the world's largest manufacturers of tubular products for oil and gas industry, and company Zarubezhneft entered into a cooperation agreement, said TMK.

The parties agreed to cooperate in the production and supply of tubular products to Russian enterprises TMK - Taganrog Metallurgical Plant, Volga, and Sinarsky Seversky Pipe Plant.

The agreement is of indefinite duration and involves the coordination of joint activities the two companies to design and develop new types of pipes. Partners agreed on the organization of scientific-technical cooperation with the research capacity TMK-based research center the company - the institute RosNITI. In this framework, TMK and Zarubezhneft develops industrial-technical program for the development of new types of pipes.

Cooperation TMK and Zarubezhneft also includes the participation of specialists in the development of TMK-feasibility studies and project documents in project implementation Zarubezhneft for field development and construction of pipeline systems. In addition, TMK will provide technical support supplied by pipes.
