Altayenergo, Buryatenergo, Krasnoyarskenergo, Kuzbassenergo - regional electrical network, part of the "Siberia IDC", should go to the RAB from 1 January 2011. Gorno-Altai electrical networks, Omskenergo - from 1 January 2010, and Khakasenergo Chitaenergo - until July 1, 2010.
